GemBar Solutions Limited is a consultancy firm headed by Gemma Barry that specialise in partnering with clients to provide them with the tools and processes to reach their optimum potential.  Gemma has a proven track record in Value creation, Margin Optimisation and Supply Chain Transformation.

Gemma’s career in the Food Industry began at an early age working in her family owned meat business. Having received a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Business, she then went on to gain more than 15 years’ experience working in the Irish Beef industry in a variety of senior management roles across Sales, Commercial and Supply Chain functions. Gemma also received a Master’s in Lean Supply Chain Management (Lean Black Belt) from University College Cork in 2015.

Drawing on a lifetime of experience working in the Irish Beef Industry and a passion for the Food Industry, Gemma’s mission is to optimise your business performance providing a range of services that deliver sustainable margin improvements.
